Finshares Investments started with an aim of increasing financial markets understanding in Uganda as well as bridging gaps between investors and the securities exchanges in Africa. We teach, guide and advise people to invest in government treasury bills/bonds, Unit trusts, local and Kenyan company shares; MTN Uganda, Umeme, Stanbic bank, Kenya Commercial Bank and Centum Investments Limited from both Uganda and Nairobi Securities Exchange. We have been teaching about financial markets from currently five institutions ie Makerere University Business School, Victoria University, Bugema University, Uganda Institute of Communications and Technology and Nakawa Vocational College. We have informed over 1000 youths about the existence of financial markets and helped over 100 youths to invest in these securities and statistically. Females: 59, Males: 41. These have invested in the following securities. Shares: 84, Treasury bills: 3, Unit trusts: 12, Shares and Unit trusts.: 1. When these invest through us, we handle their after investment complaints which has made a big difference for many of our customers, and has provided us with the highest level of excellence. These are some of our clients reviews; Finshares is a good company. I've not had issues with it. I would advise it to continue expanding their boundaries to a variety of countries. The investment sector has a very big potential, untasted waters that are very exciting & provide a good potential for growth, Finshares cares for us as investors. It provides us with information about the exchange market, Finshares company should keep up with the help granted to various people while investing and Finshares should organize sensitizations in Busoga region too otherwise you guys are doing great, I feel like joining you even.
