Bio

Heartofjere is an art based business organization operating in Lagos, Nigeria in the ceramic art sector and market. We help local suppliers and distributors of ceramic products as well as consumers to maximize more profit and save more cost by supplying to them locally made ceramic products. In a market saturated with foreign made ceramic products devoid of our cultural identity and fingerprint, we offer them befitting, functional, esthetically pleasing and culturally conscious ceramic products. Some of the products we have in our portfolio is decorative pieces such as flower vases, tabletop ceramics and kitchen ceramics such as plates, jugs and mugs. And we hope to expand our production to floor tiles, wall tiles and bathroom ceramics, all made from locally sourced geographically rich clay minerals and other raw materials. This helps to take the burden of importation off the shoulder of local suppliers and distributors as well as consumers, helping them to maximize more profit, save more cost and offering our product to them at a more affordable rate. Our ceramic product are sustainable, eco-conscious ceramic products, rich in African themes and subject matter yet with global appeal. Our Vision aligns with SDG goals 1,2, 8, 9, 17 and some of the ways by which we support this vision is to adopt locally sourced material, adopt sustainable practices and method partnering and collaborating with local artisans and businesses to drive our mission, efficient production, training and skill acquisition and decent employment. We hope to expand our reach to other African countries. Our goal is to make Nigeria self-sufficient and reliant in our need for ceramic products, increase our relevance in the global ceramic market scene, and supply more job opportunities for fellow Nigerians and Africans. Ultimately boosting our global presence, market share and foreign exchange, and causing a boom in our local ceramic industry.
