Lindokuhle Mhlongo is Founder of Insightful Solutions Group which is about empowering digital skills for a digital future. The company specializes in an academic research journey. The company is focused on students and scholars who are forced to use digital technology to combat their studies. For instance students from humanities are required to posses research and digital skills to conduct their research. Since South Africa is a developing country with low illiteracy rate makes it hard for some students to operate these gadgets. Therefore the Insightful Solutions Group offer services like teaching students how to conduct their research using these technological devices and ensure that they learn Shortcuts and flexibility. On the other hand the company offer a teaching and service where it teaches students how to cite and avoid palgiarism, the use of AI (do's and dont). Lastly the company teaches students how to combat their studies through career guide. The aim of this company is to give back to the society by developing digital skills to scholars so that they can adapt under the 4th industrial revolution. The aim is first years in universities and postgraduates who all face difficulties within their research journey. The company has no funding, Lindokuhle runs it and offer the services him as he is a student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Howard College pursuing his honors there.
