The Urge Promotions is a registered business specializing in coaching and wellness initiatives. We promote holistic wellness, educational support, mental health awareness, and overall community well-being across Botswana and Africa. Our goal is to promote holistic wellness among employees, ultimately enhancing their productivity and overall satisfaction in the workplace. We also hold conversations on wellness and self development through our podcast Life On The Other Side Of My Perspective (playing on Spotify, iHeart Radio, Podbean). We collaborate with Ayopa (At Your Own Pace) project by Obakeng Madube, touring Junior schools around Botswana to offer Tuition Assistance, Counselling and Mentoring. At The Urge Promotions, we recognize the importance of fostering a healthy and productive workforce, hence we collaborate with ministries and organizations to enhance employee well-being through comprehensive wellness programs. From stress management and resilience building to fostering a culture of mental health awareness, our initiatives promote holistic wellness and productivity in the workplace.
