The objectives for which the company is established are: (a) The dorminant business or object of the company will be/is to carry on the business Or trade of importers and exporters, warchousemen, carrieres/transporters, distributors. agents francisees, franchisocs, storekeepers, printers, publishers, and general dealers and to buy and sell and deal in every commodity, subtance or product (b) To carry on the trade or business of investors in Private and Public Companies, any form of business or partnership and invest in any property, together with all or any business usually carried on in connection therewith (c) To purchase or take in exchange or on Icase, or to rent, occupy or oyherwise acquire land or buildings in Zimbabwe or elsewhere, or any lease right or other interest therein. (d) To promote, establish, for or layout surbubs and buildings, sites and by constructing, reconstructing or altering buildings, to carry on the business of building contractors and civil engineering (e) To acquire by grant, purchase, licence, or otherwise any patents, patent rights, berevits d' inventions, copyrights, trademarks, protections and conncessions which may appear likely to be advantegeous or useful to the company, or which may be desirable for bthe company to possess, and to use and to turn to account and to manufacture under or grant lisences or priviledges in respect of experimenting upon and in improving or seeking to improve any patents, inventions, or rights which the company may acquire or propose to acquire or propose to acquire (1) To erect any buildings and machinery on.
