ZWANGENDABA HOLDINGS was started in response to the founder’s passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of others. The founder has always been passionate about the film and television industry and made it his mission to empower unemployed youth by providing them with opportunities to become economically active. Given the vast number of unemployed and inexperienced film and television graduates seeking opportunities in this industry, further exacerbated by the lack of transformation as well as the slow-growing nature of the South African film industry, Zwangendaba Holdings aims to remedy these issues by producing at least one film and one television project a year enabling them to provide these much-needed opportunities to unemployed youth.
