Uche Isieke, the founder of RUWAI, was motivated by personal experiences and a deep-rooted commitment to social change. Growing up in an underserved community in rural Nigeria, Uche witnessed firsthand the challenges of poverty and environmental degradation. These experiences shaped his determination to create positive change. Uche's relevant professional experiences include working in the fields of sustainable development, agriculture, and community empowerment. He has collaborated with local and international organizations, developed partnerships, and implemented successful projects. Uche's leadership skills, combined with his passion for sustainable development and his ability to mobilize a diverse group of experts and ambassadors, uniquely qualify him to lead RUWAI in addressing the complex challenges of poverty and environmental sustainability in rural communities.
